I had an iphone 3gs and the screen cracked i called customer support they told me on set up a repair online so i did so... My phone worked even thought my screen was cracked recieved the package sent my phone in and then 4 days later got my phone back in the same shape they advised me that my phone was no longer under warranty since it was my fault the screen cracked. So i called customer support again they transfered me to Christopher Crosby who is the repair manager who said that since the screen was cracked that it was not their fault that the phone quit working i spent over 4 hrs trying to get the problem resolved. The only thing he said i could do is pay for the repairs but the problem is the phone worked when i shipped it to them and when i got it back it doesnt work at all they did not fix anything. Apple says they care about their customers they DONT care.
