International Payment Center send me what look like a check for 15,000.00 and ask that I answer the qualifying question and then send in the answer along with a payment of 9.00. I didn't respond. If a person wins some money or a sweeptakes, then why does that person need to send in money if they won money. Just deduct what is owed and send the rest. I'm not sending nobody nothing. How can these companies or so call companies keep getting away with this scam?
