In the Detroit area this company says entry level management training. The original job posting did not mention sales, however, the re-posting does mention sales. This company is not doing anything overtly illegal. However it is very deceptive. Very similar to a MLM. It is DS Max if you are familiar with DS Max don't be fooled because this is not Door-to-door sales, or telemarketing. Which usually is your red flag to go the other way. No they have a new way to lure you in. They setup a table in mall stores or strip mall stores and sale directly to people usually saying the proceeds help a non profit organization. However when I checked the woman that answered the phone didn't know what the tax identification of all non profit organizations is. Also the compensation plan is Group Breakaway. That is the same as MLM. Only worse these people pay in cash. Also the trainer splits his or her money with you each until you reach the next level. If you decide to waste your time, take your calculator, also don't ignore your gut feeling. If it is too good to be true. It is.
