Well guys all i am going to say is Buyer Beware with this, it is not for me to tell you how to live your lives but i joined property wikia on the claims that they make about earning £2000 for the sale of a property that has been placed on your affiliate site, or £100 per week if the property is not sold. The concept of the business i could understand but alarm bells started ringing when a few things went wrong.
I dont believe that property wikia are a uk based company as it states on their website, i dont believe that Julian Vincent is in the UK but from investigating i have done believe the company could be situated in stockholm and that julian vincent if that is his real name could be based in Reykjavik in iceland, i have made these claims direct and have had no response stating otherwise, You will pay your money then you will have a problem if you decide to ask for a refund in the 30 days allowed, why well this is what i am not supposed to tell you, you will recieve an email stating not to divuldge the information to anyone, it will further ask you for bank details including swift and iban numbers, people of the uk will know this is used for international banking which alerts me this company is not uk based, the number you have to ring is an international dialing tone for a mobile number, and no one can get to meet anyone from property wikia, i am stating fact and not fiction, i have personal evidence to back up my claims, and i would hate for anyone else in the UK or anywhere in fact to get carried away by the claims of high earning that is promised. It may appear to be a small amount of money to lose but that is more likely what will happen, i wont get a refund now as i will not give out full bank details, an alert pay account was set up on registering but refunds are not placed back in this account the question is why?
Absolute buyer beware needed on this business, if in doubt check it out and dont lose your well earned money, i personally believe their is something suspicious about the company but that is my opinion based on my own involvement.
