I ordered a pair of Ecco black sneakers for $45.00 on 8/25 2011. I never received confirmation of my order or of shipment of the sneakers. A week later the mailman had me sign for a plastic wrapped parcel. The writing on the entire package, except for my name and address, was in chinese.inside was a super cheap Hannah Montana 3 tote bag. Several times I tried e-mailing the company, but the send link did not work. They have no customer service telephone number. After calling the credit card company yesterday, I found out that on 8/25 my paypal account had been charged for the shoes.
