I placed an order on July 30 for several hair clips and a ballerina tutu for my newborn goddaughter. My story is similar to the other reports on here. No merchandise was ever received and got the automated e-mails. I'm working with my bank to get the charges reversed and am changing my card number in fear of additional charges. This was a huge disappointment and I am going to have to look elsewhere to find my goddaughter some hairclips.
