My creditcard was charged without authorization on 09/03 by punitronhelp.com for $49.95. I discovered it a couple days later while looking over my creditcard statement. I called the number listed on my statement and was asked my name and last 4 digits of my card number. I was told I would be issued a refund in a couple of days, haven't seen anything yet and assuming I probably wont. Does anyone know how to get your money back from these jerks?
