I found in my bank statement this morning that I was charged 40.02 from punitronhelp.com. I have never heard of them. I called and after 40 min waiting for some one to pick up "Joe" answered. He said that he would refund the money. I asked what I supposedly bought and he had no clue. Just said they are a servicing company. I asked what companies they serviced and he said he didn't know. Yeah right. We will see if the refund comes
