I sent for a free sample (AU$2.75 delivery) then after a long wait it arrived. On reading the fine print it appeared they were sending more supplies unless cancelled, this I did, and they replied by email assuring me that no more supplies would be sent.

Your order has been shipped. Our system cannot predict the exact date of arrival, however, we can confirm that the shipment has left our facility and is currently in transit
Your account has been successfully canceled. There will be no further charges to your account.
Thank you for your interest in our product. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you in the future."
On checking my August Bank Statement I see that I have been charged for this so will be contacting my bank to see if they can refund the money and ensure that no further charges from these people are paid.
I also see that the delivery charge of AU$2.75 has never been submitted.
