I bought a $25 prepaid Visa promotional card through a school scrip program and didn't use it by the expiration date (above). When I call It says it's still worth $22 but no one will take it because of the date on the card. It says "funds do not expire but fees apply" on the card so I figure I've lost $3 and that's ok but I can't use it anywhere.
