Charged my credit card for $69.00, with no explanation or warning that there was a fee to register to bid on auctions. I did not win or buy anything. Cannot get ahold of anybody, they do not answer the phone, also rec'd an email from buy safe saying they guarantee purchases and I don't have a clue who they are. What a scam!!!
