I paid Interlan $6400 to create a business plan and apply for grant funding for my business on 11/16. Then on 1/28 I paid them an additional $3200 to create a non-profit corporation for my business to help gain additional funding. I never received a business plan, non-profit corp papers or a grant. Their numbers are no longer in service.
