I have received a fake copy, without codes. On a top of if the installation CD was scratched so I was not able to install the program anyway. The CDs where obviosly used. You could see it on the packing as well. I have immediately contacted the seller and found out that the link for complaints does not exist. I have received an email with broken English explaining that the company does not do profit so they can not pay me back. I got offered 60% as the most they can send me back. As well the seller was prepared to give me the contact details of another person they have purchased the software from. Really annoying! This was not mentioned on the actual webside wenn offering the product!
I have never received any refund.
