I placed my order for several headbands and a newborn hat, on july 27th, a few weeks before my daughter was born. I emailed 4 times, got the same ol, same ol. Orders up to such and such date has been shipped out. I called the customer service, for the shipping. And got an automatic voice thing, saying they was closed from aug. 15- 17th, and would open back up the following wednesdays, and orders up to august 1st have been shipped out, and they was working on 'back orders'. Still have not recieved my stuff. And i hope the bank puts the money back on my card.
