I was trying to see if i would qualify for a little loan so i could pay my rent and now my account is overdrawn and they did not have permission to do so what so ever, now i owe all this money and i am a single mother of three, really i need to fix this and i dont know how? Does anyone help fix this problem?

They stole 1600.00 dollars form me. They told me that they would refund me my money on July 12 and I have not seen my money yet. Also when I call the number it says good bye and hangs up on me so I can not call to get my money back
