Placed order on line and did not get any confirmation on the first two... Waited and waited and then it went back to home page so placed order again... Ordering process confusing, there was no screen allowing you to review the order and examine your total. And of course not telling you that EACH package they are shipping cost $15.98 per box for a $10.00 item. You’ve bought it before you were ready to.
Not what advertised... Eggs don’t fit into cooking device–instead, they spill over out of it. The threading of the various parts is not clean, requiring multiple attempts to screw together. You also have to coat them first with cooking spray with a paper towel which was not mentioned on the TV ad.
Am contacting the supplier to get a full refund.
