When Directv ask us to buy there plan they promise us the local networks from Jackson Tn. We are now getting NBC, CBS, FOX, from New York we don't get ABC from anywhere We live in TN. On Feb 15 the sales office and and the installer, David Mullins Tel #613 0262 told us we would get all the networks from Jackson TN.in July. It is now Sept 5 and we still don't have them.
On Feb 27 another installer, Steve Tel # 731 803 2069 came for a bad cable he fixed that. He also told us we would have the networks from Jackson TN.By July we don't have them. We would like to get out of this contact with Directv.
