In September I began an investigation regarding unauthorized payments on my credit card from Juniper. They would not listen or even help me. My calls went unanswered. I refused to make the payments until a proper investigation was concluded. They did nothing and in the cost me my credit and $800.00 in fees. I have repeatedly ask them for explanation and all I get is "have a good day" This is now causing me problems in purchasing a home even though I am current and have paid the $800 in fees at 19% interest. I need some help. Is there someone that is doing the right thing out there or must I and my family live with lies and deciet with a credit card company that has made millions on the backs of American citizens.
