I tried to return the defective rug with my RECEIPT. I had bought it a few days earlier. The cashier and the Mgr both refused a refund and made me take some item I had no NEED OR USE FOR. I corresponded with Sheila Warner at the corporate office and told her about this. She did not offer a REFUND OR A STORE CREDIT. The item was 15.00 plus tax!!!
