Because I suffer so much pain from ulcers that will not heal, the only relief I get is from Lidocain 5% ointment. Because the tubes are almost empty (full of air), I need one a day, as long as I use it sparingly.
My complaint is that the pharmasist, who has served me for many years charges me £1.52, but the other staff charge me £3.49. Because of ill health I have had to live on benefits. I have a choice, I can either buy the ointment and go hungry, or buy food which I'm unable to eat because I'm in so much pain.
After I have paid all the bills, their is very little left. When I speak to the pharmacy staff they always say, the usual pharmasist not here and the new one said the price has gone up. (since Yesterday).
