DOTS traffic school - checks driving records, finds out who received
tickets and mails postcard advertising traffic school via DVD

Company takes your credit card info and charges for service
and then gives you the run around for weeks, they never send out
the DVD!

You will have to charge back your credit card
net - spend too much wasted time & effort
