Sign up to stamps.com through an ad. I could use a known Anti Virus program for free, if I sign up for the 4 week trial of stamps.com. I did. Id didn't let me go through unless i put my credit card number there, so I did. (clearly i'm an idiot) This happened in 2009 October. I was charged monthly $17.95 until 2011 June when my credit card expired. Than I got an email from stamps.com that they can't charge me anymore.
I had one welcome email from them when i signed up, that's all. No communication of any kind what so ever.
Recently i read a lot about them, found out that they have a lot of artificial communication (not genuine comments) on their blog, twitter account, different complaining sites... It's all fake, to make it look good, make it look that many people like stamps.com. Stamps.com's customer service is really bad on the phone or in email, all they give you is canned answers. Nothing real. I dare to say that stamps.com is doing a fraudulent activity and they know about it. Isn't this crime? I don't know how are they on the stock market? (STMP)
