This is a con company and a professional con man. He looks for new providers on Elance (which is freelance job board) to avoid paying them. There is a lie in his every word and every promise. Even the location of his fake company is false. He continuously hires and fires people so that he would not have to pay them.in addition, he has anger and control issues. He is a thief as he steals money from people.
