I originally went to see Stephen Daugherty, owner and manager of McKeon Jones / McKeon Jones Tax Service / McKeon Jones Tax / McKeon Jones San Francisco, for income tax preparation services, but he also convinced me to invest in a "safe" tax shelter scheme.

The IRS and Franchise Tax Board charged me huge penalties and interest because Stephen Daugherty made careless errors on my tax return and the "safe" tax shelter scheme was fraudulent.

Moreover, Stephen Daugherty refused to give me a refund for the fraudulent tax shelter consulting fee.
