Precharge will offer to protect you against fraudulent credit card transactions.instead, they will give you the run-around (for years sometimes), take monies from your account that are not due to them, and provide some of the lousiest customer service.
This company is currently in litigation with several of their customers. Their customers, merchants seeking protection against credit card fraud, are suing for services not performed, for over-billing, and breach of contract.
