Chris Waters (that is the name he is using) is advertising himself as an Attorney... Then he "consults over the phone" takes your $, then does not answer emails, or phone calls for 10 days...
He then returns my call, and states many lies, then he recommends an remedy to my unlawful detainer is to "file bankruptcy" when i disagreed, he became irate and vulgar. He refused to give me his real name, refused to give me his address.
So, he did not do any work for me, or assist me in my case, led me to believe he could, but never performed any work.
This individual also had a com evictstoppers.com that had been defunked...
