Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to request that the amount of £71.00 that was taken from my bank account on the 15th August be reimbursed as soon as possible as I have never gave any permission for this to be taken out not to mention even heard of this company before.
I have spoken to my personal lawyer and I’ve been advised to send this letter in writing to you to be rectified.
I am extremely unhappy about the way I have been treated not to mention the fact my personal details and information your company have about me has never been given to you by myself.in regard to this I would like to know where exactly you retrieved my information from as this is an invasion of my privacy and I intend to take full legal action against your company.
I would like this matter to be cleared up as a matter of urgency.
