Apparently I applied for an online loan (not) and this is a "fee"; when I contacted them, they said this was to guarantee my loan, when I asked where my loan was, they had no answer for me. UGH if I could reach through the phone, I would be in jail!!! Now to spend my morning on the phone with bank...
