I ordered the $45.00 product at obagiclear.com. I didn't receive the product, that's why I sent emails 3 times. They did not respond to my emails. They already took my money from my bank 8-17.
They don't even have a phone number, so I checked the order history and it said it was completed. I don't know why it wasn't sent. What should I do about this problem.
