We ordered products from the company and received an email saying they'd ship within 1-2 business days. Several days later the order still shows as 'processing' on their website. They don't respond to emails sent either directly or via their contact page, and don't list any numbers on the website. The phone number that shows on the credit card charge doesn't work, and authorize.net has a number for them that doesn't work. Pursuing a refund via Visa.
