Ordered inforamation about grants on line. Didn't see anything about a monthly charge. Ordered paperwork. Recieved a phone call requesting credit card info to verify my account and was told at that time that after I received my paperwork I had seven days to cancel. I did not have my cc with me so I did not verify. The next day I received another call to verify my cc, which i did. I told the guy I was going to cancel as soon as I received the paperwork they were sending me so he gave me the 800 number for me to call. I got an email from them thanking me for my order on 8/17 and on 8/25 my cc was charged $57.93. I still do not have anything from this company. The 800 number says they are not open. I called the number the cc company gave me and was told that there was absolutely no way no how anyone from their company called me (grantassit). I was told that they do not have the ablility to call out. I was told that I had to cancel within 7 days of ordering. Not from receiving the product. Oh, and it takes 7 to 10 days to recieve anything. The seven day window is to take advantage of their web site. And why would I do that without the documentation they were sending me? If it was clear to me in the beginnning what they were going to do i would never ever have ordered the stuff. It came from a gov't web site. I thought these people were legite, not just scamming for my money. This stinks.
