Couple of weeks ago a representative of platinum trust card called me and said if i wanted the credit card of 9,000 dollars limit, i said that i would think about it, but did not give them the authorization to go to my account and bill me 89.00, but they did. Now i have 89.00 and 25.00 overdraft, because i didn't no money in my account. They really mess me up. I want my money back. They gave me a phone number that doesn't work, and that phone number is on my check also. I already went to my bank and they know about it, they said for me to call them, i've being calling since 9 a. M and nobody answers, it always busy. This need to stop. Its not fair us to suffer because of their mistakes.
