New camaro convertible car rental. 5 times with on line chat failed, email to customer service rep failed, to get answer, called customer service treated like 2 class citizen. David in customer service, ask for his Boss got ahold of Dorothy, she answered my question in 30 seconds. David, after some attitude, said it would take him 8 hours to get me an answer. Why the difference? I would like to talk to the owner of Avis and tell him of my expierence with Avis customer service reps and get his response. Very disappointed.
