The ordering process did always state "$9.99 for P&H" so shame on me for not immediatley realizing that there would be an additional shipping charge. But, BIG shame on them for (a) charging $39 in shipping on an item that they say will take 4 weeks to get to you and (b) NOT giving you the opportunity to approve that outrageous shipping charge before it went through on your card!!! I would expect to pay around $10 for shipping but not $39, especially after having paid $10 in "processing and handling".
