I wanted a simple. 95 phone search. I was billed $19.95 in July and again in August for, "Identity Protection." When i complained I was refunded $19.95 for August, but I was told, per their, ": Terms and Conditions, " I was not eligible for a refund for July. I feel so deceived, and I know I was scammed!
