I am a senior citizen 83 years old. I pay all my bills at the first of each month because that is when I recieve my NY State pension. All my vendors cooperate with me except the two companies mention above.
Their bills are due July 23. I had called them a number of times to ask them about changing the due date to the second day of each month.
There answer to me was each time - No, No & No They are not concerned about seniors who live from month to month.

PS Prior to July I was never charge a late charge even-though I had paid their bills on the first day of each month. They at the time had given me permission to do so and now they have changed their policy.
