Bought a Vizio Tv model # E550VL a 55", had the tv for a couple of weeks (3). Had trouble with it and returned it back to Walmart were we bought it, had no trouble with Walmart. We are now on our second tv, same model. On Sunday 8-21 started having trouble the second one, my husband called Vizio and was told that they would come and repair the tv, but that it took 3 to 4 days for the part to come in. On Tuesday 8-23- I went to turn the tv on and there was more problems with it.in the mean time they told my husband on sunday to change something with the plugs that made the tv work until they came. Back to tuesday I called and got a round around from a person Matty, and also a manger named Sam. They said it would take 5 to 7 days for the part. To make a long story short, went to turn the tv on today which is 8-24 2011 and the tv does'nt work at all. Got treated very bad by Kevin, and Jim and we are now with no tv and a round around. I would like to express to all do not purchase a Vizio tv for they don't have a very good repair process, and for someone to be without a tv for that lenth of time is rediclous.
