I purchased the HWS Basic Program and the HWS VIP Program Update. Both were cleared on my credit card. I then tried to purchase another upgrade, but, was denied. There was sufficient monies in my account to cover the cost. I tried to cancel the order, but, was not able to do it. The cancel request asked for a 8 digit reference #. There was no such number on my print out receit. There was a 10 digit # for each item. Therefore, I was unable to cancel the order even though the advertisement stated that there was a money back guarantee.
