I purchased 2 products online using my credit card. Both items cleared immediately. My 3rd purchase was denied. I received an e-mail confirmation of the 2 cleared orders. I tried to cancel the entire order, but, was unable to cancel. To cancel, I needed to enter an 8 digit reference #. All that was on the receit was a 10 digit ORDER #. Therefore, the cancellation was not processed, which, now, I believe was intentional
