I have power of attorney over an account. Unauthorized phone check. The phone check listed an old phone number for the victim no longer active. I called the number on the check, which turned out to be a third party outfit that processes payment for other companies. I informed them that this is a phony company, and they claimed they will investigate it. I doubt what they told me, as from this website I see that others have complained...
