I just got a phone call with a man with a foreign accent saying he was "Officer William Smith" and that myself or my lawyer must call him back immediately or bad things were going to happen, wishing me luck in life. After googling the number, I found it to be a fraud. It's also illegal considering he was impersonating a police officer. I contacted my local police department and they advised me to report it here.
