They called me in my phone and informed me there was a Government fund available for loan if I can present an acceptable project. As an additional information they said that I may not be obliged to pay it back. Asked if interested I said why not. The lady who talked to me passed me on to another man who further elaborated at length - he spoke fast and fluently - what a special opportunity it was.in order to facilitate processing he stressed the necessity launching preliminary measures and therefore requested me to give him the details of my checking account, which unfortunately I did. He promised to send further details about his organization and the project both by mail and email. No mention was made of upfront fees or charges.
The next day I checked my account on line and discovered the USA CREDIT had debited with the above sum. I rushed to the bank branch the next day who gave their telephone number (1-800-655-2265) to challenge them personally. I did so. A woman received me and when I told her of my predicament she said that it was a done deal and there was no way they would revert it to me.
