Ordered 2 lite relief units, was sent to my old address as it took too long to come. Had to retrieve it from there. My order came with pils that i can not use. Next month i was sent more pills and i called to return them - cost me 5.45 to return. Yesterday monday night i called to return the units and was told it had to be back wed. This ment i had to return it overnight on tues, another cost of 43.00. I called ues morning and asked if i can send this priority mail and that they would get it back thurs. I was told by supervisor allan border not to send it back priority if it didn't get there wed i would not get a refund.
Cost for this mess - 280.64 for the units - (shipping was about 60.00)
shipping on pills that i didn't order and return shipping of 5.45. And now they want it overnight another 43.00 shipping. Told to write a letter. If i wrote a letter and this was approved it would take at least another week to receive it. So this means that they have no intentions of taking this back-if they did they could have it back in 2 days. I am very unhappy with this purchase, units and the customer service.
