I incurred and unauthorized charge to my debit card for 39.95. I called the billing company and was promised an email within 24 hours and reimbursement of the charges in 5-7 days. I did not receive an email or the reimbursement. 8/22 I called the billing company again and was again promised the same. I googled "Punitronhelp.com" and came on to this site. I have since closed the debit card account, filed a dispute and hoping to get my money back.
