I recently went on to the internet classified to find a english bulldog. I contacted this person named Victor Chemerosiv, in Brooklyn NY. He sent me pictures of dogs he claimed he had and then he sent me a contract. He told me when he recieved my check and the check cleared he would send me the dog. So my check cleared on a friday, the following Thursday i was supposed to get the dog.
Well i didnt. So i searched the internet again with his name and found this website showing me he had defrauded others. I wish i would have found this site before. He is a scam artist. Do not ever contact him. You will never recieve a dog and only lose your money
