While checking my bank statement i noticed that 3 payments were taken from my account without my approval. I did sign up for a 3 day free trial to the site about 8 months ago but could never access my log in details and cancelled my free membership straight away. I will now have to check with my bank to find out how many false payments were taken and somehow claim my money back. Is there any help available?
