I too had a lot of misgivings about ordering a puppy online from them. The first two didn't work out. They let me know one had problems with the knees and gave me the option to accept or not, I declined. After all I had read online, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the company letting me know. I let them know about my fears in buying from them and what I'd read online. I ended up getting another little guy that I couldn't be happier about or love more. They told me upfront he was being treated for parasites and sent the meds with him after I agreed. He came in a large carrier with food, toy & blanket. I was really impressed with the care the breeder took. I took him to the vet right off and he checked out in perfect health. All I can say is to let them know how you feel, keep on top of everything going on and if you have problems, speak to a mgr. I did tell them my biggest complaint was screening of calls and not being able to reach reps once the purchase is made.
