A notice about a getting government grants was sent my address. I called and gave them a "customer ID" number from the form. For a shipping and handling fee of 3.00, they did send an actual book on how to achieve government grants successfully, one I've seen to be real, in fact. The fee was supposed to be 22.00 something after a week or two of not filling in a form for a grant on their supposed "website", but I'm getting random 22.00 dollar charges, even a 79.98 one on my credit card. I have requested my card company to decline charges from them.
