Not clear on names but in my opinion is iin different states I have been told thak I am a definit winner of 1,000, 000 $ all I need to do is mail $ 12.00 for prosesing, Ds

I received a letter informing I had won $1,000, 000.00 with the possessing fee of $12.00. I decided to look at this company on my computer and found a lot of bad news on this company. No company in the USA should be able to do this to Americans. I would like to thank you and and for having complaint. Or I would have sent the money to these. If their is a Suit in the making I would like to be part. My so called account id is (86313PRR1500-943712) and Report ID 07EF45 as well as a ARC-A1 Issuance file) All of this to say I am a definite winner.
