I ordered a cream for 5.95 and never got it then they charged my account the first time for 19th july for 69.95 then on the 1st august they charged me 42.78 and same day they also took 0.85 then same day 69.95 i had to call the bank and they had to cancell my card also told me they could still do it. I have 3 children and am on benefits i cannot afford to loose this money. I would appreciate it back please
